Trying to emulate a start up culture.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other big banks or funded start ups. There is enormous organizational chaos. Most of the middle and upper management are tenured and provide lip service to modernization and collaborative spirit. Hiring and onboarding not very efficient.

Pros

The company is forward thinking in the technology front. They are really driving innovation and change in the financial industry. Innovation Center in Pittsburgh is a nice layout for an office. Work-life balance is very good, including the ability to work remotely.

Cons

Mediocre pay for the industry. Rarely does bad, unprofessional behavior get addressed by management. Benfits package has declined yearly.

Cons

Career growth is very limited though the promote it as an area of focus. Salary increases are not enough to keep up with increase in medical insurance premiums
