Business Outlook
Pros
-Open communication from senior management. Good work life balance. The benefits are excellent including a 401k and pension. Management structure is pretty flat and there are plenty of opportunities to meet senior management if you are interested. There are many ways to get involved at BNYM from joining internal affinity groups to joining other groups which help out the community.
Cons
-many people have been there too long and have become complacent. This will affect your ability to do your job if you come to need the help of others. Hopefully this will change as the integration progresses. Good company overall though
