      Pros

      Most co-workers are good and able to work together to accomplish common goals.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours in the department where I was. Very tight and sometimes unrealistic deadlines. Disregard for employees personal time. Offshore people took over with different ideas and culture on how to run things.

      Pros

      I was part of BNY Mellon,(Inautix Pune). I joined this company as a fresher and worked there for five years. Monetary aspect was something which was not very great, but as I was a fresher I got a chance to learn many things.
