      Work can be tedious and not so exciting at times. Other times new projects can give opportunity for learning and innovation

      Pros

      Some really challenging problems to solve. Should be the most fun job I've ever had but it isn't. Management is proactive when it comes to industry changing trends such as bitcoin.

      Cons

      Diversity being shoved down our throats. Management does not solve issues. Management only throws up roadblocks to make it hard to get things done. Dropping our pension in 2015. Health insurance deductible is now thousands of dollars. Raises average about 1.5% even though we make 3/4 of a billion per quarter. Always takes a charge against first quarter earnings to pretend things are bad during review. Work from home and other benefits vary vastly depending on your department.
