      Pros

      Good benefits including health, dental, vision 3+ weeks of paid vacation for new hires and 401K match up to 6%.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay (at least in my group). Horrible management. Every person in the group wants to leave as soon as possible.

      Financially stable company in a very tough economy.

      Cons

      Dehumanizing treatment of contractors. Contract employees are given the worst of everything and treated as though they are completely unvalued. Management acts like they are doing a favor for the employee by allowing them to work there, simultaneously treating contractors as though it is their own fault for not being full-time employees.
