Free Starbucks coffee. That’s pretty much it.

Cons

Very low pay and limited growth opportunities. Rolling back of benefits. Unstable environment with lots of change. No more WLB as company tries to catch up with larger banks. Lack of training for middle management who don’t understand legal protections.

The business is growing. The benefits package is ok.

Cons

New management brought in Goldman Sachs' work-life balance expectations (extra long hours, weekend work, and constant pressure), plus tolerance for very questionable management behaviors The old BNY culture remains for internal mobility and promotions, that are both non-existent Layoffs every quarter have fostered backstabbing and selfishness. Some brilliant people were let go. The New York office has become a terrible place to work.
