      Relaxed attire and okay benefits , most team members are fun

      Cons

      Management is cheap and don't fight for pay raise. High turnover and layoffs . No bonus for the people who really do all the work. Click environment. Management will hold you back if they don't like you or will put all of the work on you to watch you struggle.

      no challenging work, great benefits, 9-5er and there is free water

      Cons

      In an effort to reduce cost, I'm afraid this company will start selling bathroom tokens to employees as to discourage them from leaving their desk and fund whatever they have in their vending machines

      There was not anything other than the fact at the office is located near my hometown it was an easy commute other than that there was no other positive thing I could say about working for being my melon management and senior management we’re awful to their team human resource didn’t support their employees unless they were senior level

      Nothin positive bout the working environment at bny mellon the management and senior directors treated their staff awful. I have the worst manager never worked for a person so ignorant and rude. Management had made staff members cry they would belittled and insulting
