      1. Decent benefits to current market 2. Often attracts and hires top-level talent 3. Exceptional potential to be an industry leader in multiple areas due to the scope of operations and the talent pool

      Cons

      1. "Leaders" have archaic philosophies on leadership and fail to take advantage of the talent available to them. 2. Repeated messages from "Leaders" is a lack of trust of the employees, resulting in policies and practices that make ideas of DevOps and Agile words of the month with no lasting benefit. 3. Leadership proclaims "collaboration" as a driver for decisions but disables it by setting rigid barriers that result in termination if crossed.

      Free coffee and looks good on a resume. Enjoy coworkers who are all on the same boat. Hour long lunch to cry.

      Cons

      Don't treat employees like human beings, belittle people in person and through email, no room for growth, lots of favoritism and sexism.
