      Pros

      Work life balance. The people I work with on a daily basis are great individuals and are committed to working hard.

      Cons

      The political climate has worsened signficantly over the past year. Morale has declined as good people are leaving on their own or are being forced out. While executive management claims they welcome different points of view, when that person leaves the room or conf call, they are talked down upon and their viewpoints are dismissed.

      Pros

      You get a pay check. That is about it. This has been the worst experience I have had at any workplace.

      Cons

      This place lacks common decency. They do not tell you the truth when they hire you, make up responsibilities and titles. Once you start working, they will tell you that your job function is different. There was a lot of abuse by my senior manager who got away with it. Constant bullying. The place is ailing. Employees try to get ahead by backstabbing colleagues. I guess what you would expect from a place that has no revenue growth, suffers under fee pressure and can only grow earnings by cutting expenses.

      Pros

      worked here on and off for 14 years. Made great friendships

      Cons

      low pay, multiple buy outs, huge lay-offs. Building is almost empty. Massive lay-offs, yet they continue to post jobs for less money than what they paid the person who previously had it. You will most likely be outsourced to India
