      Pros

      Learning, work life balance to a certain extent, sound policies and procedures. Opportunities to move laterally and vertically. Training and employee growth.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, top down approach, Heirarchy, red tape. Management has a long way to go in terms of leading the organization in this volatile, ambiguous, and chaotic business world. They are still stuck in their age old beliefs.

      Pros

      Teammates were great. Nice offices. Good opportunities for training if you push hard to get them. The IT team were great. Great experience working with clients.

      Cons

      Zero training when starting Micro-management Always changing teams around Expected to work a lot of overtime due to not enough staff Structure seems unorganised - No one knows who does what in other teams If you are good, they will dump more on you rather than sort out training for others to shift the workload.
