Prefer staff to do as their instructed. But militant in that way. Don't speak up or even make positive suggestionS, you're just a worker bee! Meeting deadlines and targets is explicitly more important than promoting any staff career growth. Favoritism with management - usual large multinational ways where local management/supervisors have little power and a lot of pressure on them.
