Business Outlook
Pros
Very friendly atmosphere and all senior and junior permanent staff are kind and helpful. Hardly signs of office hierarchy and all staff are well integrated across all teams, with only very minor office politics. The Blackfriars office is right next to the tube/train, very convenient commutes. Interns are given prioritised opportunity to apply for the grad scheme which is amazing.
Cons
Can't say much about its cons other than intern salary is around the bare minimum for a finance internship in the City. The salary is still reasonable in absolute terms but far from comparable to what some of BNY's competitors are offering.
