      Pros

      Good company culture, senior and upper level management is very help full except a few SDL. Good Bonus at an analyst level.

      Cons

      No IJP policy for night shift in spite of having a number of processes in day shift. Initial offer might below industry standard but would be compensated by a good bonus and a hike.

      Pros

      If you are persistent and focus on career progression it pays in the long run. I found that you move up the (career) ladder relatively quickly, if you compromise at the very beginning (i.e. in terms of jobs/roles/salary) and keep pursuing your goals. Change your roles frequently, until you find your sweet spot!

      Cons

      The firm is frequently perceived to have the behavior of a dinosaur i.e. very slow in adjusting to new rules of the industry and delivering on strategy. Senior management (US) seems to lack the required vision to deliver shareholder value. We all know what happened to the dinosaurs...
