      1. Good employee benefits 2. Lot of efforts taken on employee self development 3. Descent pay package and bonus 4. Good worklife balance

      Cons

      1. Lacks employee recognition 2. Fail to understand expectations of high performing individuals hence fail to retain talent 3. Manager Favouritism on select employees 4. No growth opportunities General 1. Pune S3 cafetaria vendor food quality is pathetic, i am sure someday employees would face serious health issues and you would be responsinle for it. There are insects and cockroaches found in food.

      Interesting overview of asset management business

      Pros

      Its interesting to see how the actual system of a big asset manager works. It really helps in creating a mental map of banking landscape. It makes a nice internship but nightmarish job - only department that might be worth it are brokers.

      Cons

      Very political Brussels branch is preparing for the big move to India Have to rely on Indian teams - everything takes ages Lack of opportunities for career development - ambitious people take the job as a transit station others just as a way to get paid for 9-5 work.
