      Excellent working environment. People are extremely friendly and alway willing to help.

      Cons

      do not take care of employees. Have not received a bonus in two years. the ability to move around in the company is also difficult.

      Pros

      - A well renowned comany worldwide. - Strong fundamentals as a bank. - A good place to kick start your career without real pressure. - Plenty of opportunity in Manchester as a growth site. - Senior management have plenty of cumulative experience between them.

      Cons

      - As a growth site, there can be a high turnover of staff. - As a growth site, salaries are much less competitive than at other locations. - Lower level employees can be quite inexperienced.

      Good coworkers little chance for advancement

      Pros

      Great coworkers and working atmosphere and work life balance. Salary is not great but reasonable I would recommend to a friend for a limited time.

      Cons

      little face time with upper management a bit hard to advance further into the company. It depends more on who you know than what you know.
