      Pros

      Prestige of being the oldest bank in America and the bank with the highest credit rating in America some pockets of good exist but very few

      Cons

      The management can't decide their focus they treat employees horribly underpaid under appreciated

      Pros

      Location is incredible with a nice view of the city. Honestly, that's pretty much it. My supervisor was very nice. My coworkers were usually helpful.

      Cons

      This job has a quicker turnover than Clark Kent changing into Superman in a phone booth. It's all about this company's bottom line while the majority of the employees enjoy their yearly 1% raise. They have an "if it's not broke, don't fix it" mentality, so the creativity and energy needed to drive ideas forward can only be done if you're truly passionate about what you do. Other than managing stress and learning to cover for yourself and nobody else due to lack of communication, none of the technical skills would actually carry forward into an actual accounting position. But, I will say that it's near-impossible to get fired, so job security is incredible.
