Pros

Great co-workers Fun Environment Laid-Back Atmosphere I find it to be a great and laid back place where it is easy to work and get along with people. Everyone is friendly and approachable and BNYM has great potential for growth.

Cons

Low Pay Lots of miss communications Often times I found myself lost and kept out of the loop on some minor things. Some people aren't driven and at times its discouraging

Pros

People are pretty easy going, very helpful if you ever get stuck- which will happen, often. Great opportunity to develop some contacts in the professional world.

Cons

No set hour schedule, and often lower level managers put aside their work until your waiting for them to finish and can't continue with your work until they're finished
