Good work/life balance, salary is ok

Cons

Takes a while to advance salary wise, bureaucracy is gigantic and moves very slow. Talent level overall can be hit or miss. Some engineers are very smart, some not so much. Very closely adheres to Agile, which could be a plus to you - it's not for me. Not great vacation time.
