Fantastic opportunity to be given legitimate responsibility and meaningful tasks that will have a lasting impact. Opportunity to speak to members of the Executive Committee which is very rare and they help to give you tremendous insight and unparalleled career advice. Dedication to the SAP is amazing and would highly recommend to any student looking to gain insight into the financial services industry.

Cons

Length of the programme is only 9 weeks, would be great to have the opportunity of 12 weeks.

Pros

Provided all travel accommodation for program orientations or remote placements. Pipeline program designed to hire interns post graduation is totally geared towards helping build a career there. great onboarding and training. Very welcoming company culture and work environment

Cons

Huge company, somewhat confusing jargon for new employees to acclimate. Long orientation sessions with a little too much jammed into each session. training done via webcast, hard to engage from remote location. Interns at remote locations get somewhat forgotten about.
