BOK Financial offers good benefits and has an excellent CEO and CFO.

Cons

BOKF offers average compensation, and it can be difficult to surpass the midpoint of the salary range.

Cons

Though a hybrid schedule is often an option, fully remote typically is not.

Good work environment and benefits

Pros

-Benefits are good -401k matching that escalates the longer you work there -Challenging work -good vacation time -They will work with you to progress in your current position and help you find other positions in the bank. They try to keep good talent! -Management has a flat structure

Cons

-Pay is average, but I think they reward good work. -Corporate hours can be a little long but that is probably typical
