Pros

Great pay, benefits, and work life balance. The company does seem to care about their employees.

Cons

If you work in any market outside of Oklahoma, there's nowhere to advance. Fraud department? Tulsa. Underwriting? Tulsa. Audit? Oklahoma City for some reason. I do like working here, but I have no goal to work towards here.
