Great company culture. Always open to new ideas and totally understands that their people are their number one differentiator.

Cons

Still evolving from a small bank to a larger bank but doing an awesome job of making the change.

Poor training. Not a lot of advancement opportunities.

Work/home balance is great, lots of employee engagement, ability to advance in company.

Cons

In Arkansas market it is very slow and hard to reach sales goals. This affects your bonuses.
