I've worked full time at BOK for more than 23 years. I started entry level and worked my way up through the ranks to management. This is a company with management that cares about its employees and family. BOK-OKC has an incredible market CEO, John Higginbotham, that has worked incredibly hard to build a collaborative, engaging and rewarding culture.

Great salaries, work environment, many opportunities to help in the community. BOK really cares about their employees and proves it every day. The company culture is probably the best I've seen. I enjoy going to work every day!
