      Pros

      There is exponential room for growth if you are consistent and hard-working. The benefits are awesome. Having a normal 8-5 (ish), M-F schedule and holidays demonstrates BOK's commitment to work/life balance. There is almost always some sort of perk available to us--discounted tickets to a play, exclusive family night at the zoo or WinterFest ice skating rink, drawings for free tickets, etc. It's heartwarming, too, to work for a company that is so involved in the community through organizations like United Way.

      Cons

      I am sometimes frustrated with the systems we use at work. They're not exactly streamlined and there can be times where it seems like there are far too many systems involved in one task. Companies I have previously worked for (that, to be fair, are larger) had more efficient programs and technology.
