Supervisors are great. Weekends off.

Cons

If we want vacation we need to find someone to cover shift. Which means working doubles or 12 hrs.

The company has an outstanding culture focused on the employee and client experience. Employees are given the development opportunities essential for driving their careers. Leadership is very support and as an employee you feel valued. it's definitely a great place to work.
