      Company with Great Values and Culture

      Pros

      1. They really do hire the best and the brightest. I haven't encountered any 'slackers' in the 5 years I've been here. 2. Company culture is great. They really do care about the communities we serve. There are many opportunities to volunteer and make a difference in my city and they back it up with financial support in many different areas. 3. Pay and benefits are excellent and the 401(k) plan and matching is unmatched. 4. They like to promote from within and offer many opportunities to move up (or laterally) in the company. 5. They offer programs and support personally and professionally with different training opportunities, wellness programs, and the like. 6. Management actively solicits input and ideas from employees and seeks to implement them whenever possible. 7. The company is well-respected in the industry and the community. I'm always proud to tell people where I work.

      Cons

      The only downside I can think of is that they keep the workforce quite lean. It seems to take an act of Congress to get permission to hire for a new position.

      Pros

      BOKF is a fabulous company both to it's employees and communities. They actively foster an environment of community service and treat all employees with respect and dignity. The management (through senior level) display an honest concern for the well-being of their employees and communication is frequent/open. I've worked for companies where my salary was higher but the environment was not as professional and business ethics were questionable.

      Cons

      Limited footprint as compared to larger organizations.

      Amazing Place to Grow Your Career

      Pros

      Over the last 11 years at BOKF, I have had the opportunity to work in 4 different departments in areas where I had limited direct experience. Each promotion was an investment in my future and a testament to the bank's willingness to take a chance on me based on past performance. That constant focus on my development combined with a fun, inclusive culture will likely keep me here forever.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.
