Everyone is very helpful and works together as a team. The support system is above any other company that I've worked with. I learn something new every day.

Cons

1. Lack of proper training (how to do everyday tasks)...even though there are people to ask for help/assistance, you pretty much have to learn/teach yourself. More of an overview than actual training. 2. Company website is not user friendly

Small enough to feel like family. Mortgage run group under the name of a bank for added peace of mind. Get things done quicker.

Cons

Can't always compete with the bigger banks on pricing.
