      Kind boss, clear expectations and flexibility.

      Cons

      My salary hasn't significantly changed in 10 years. But, I know what to do and have the ability to do it well. My 401 k benefits are good and part of why I stay.

      Pros

      The culture at BOK is one of the greatest assets to this company. The support for staff and clientele is second to none.

      Cons

      There isn't really a con for me. I'd say though if you are not a self driven person then sometimes it could be a little overwhelming. However, if you are motivated then this is a non-issue.
