BOKF is a great place to work. The culture isengaging and unique for each market location. Longevity is the norm here. People stay here long term which says it all - compensation, benefits, engagement, opportunities are all strong suites.

Cons

Generic cons - you can tell BOKF actively works to make this a better place to work year over year.

Overall it is a great company to work for, great benefits, fantastic amount of time off and understanding from the company. I enjoyed the majority of my time here.

Cons

Micromanagement from managers. Pay rate could be better
