Pros

Teams were assigned projects on a rotational basis. Plenty of opportunities to learn all aspects of banking.

Cons

As with most brick and mortar banks, BOKF typically uses older technology, and there is not much opportunity to grow your skill set. Being there for a long amount of time can limit your future value when searching for a new job. There are plenty of intra-company move options though, which senior management highly encourages.

There really are no pros.

Cons

Favoritism is not subtle, super cliquey culture, sales and service are super divided, you are looked down if you are not in a mid to upper level role. There is not enough work life balance. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
