      Pros

      Good benefits, opportunity for growth since they do hire and promote internally when possible. Most people are generally friendly and nice

      Cons

      Under paid and over worked. Politics get in the way of allowing employees to do their job. High turnover across the bank.

      Pros

      Good pay, good incentives, decent health bennefits.

      Cons

      The ammount of work is not worth the pay. Workspaces are filthy. There were mice in my branch! Interest rates are non-competitive and goals are unrealistic. Horrible balance between personal life and work. I would never go back. Joined a credit union and LOVE IT. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

      Pros

      -Benefits are good -401k matching that escalates the longer you work there -Challenging work -good vacation time -They will work with you to progress in your current position and help you find other positions in the bank. They try to keep good talent! -Management has a flat structure

      Cons

      -Pay is average, but I think they reward good work. -Corporate hours can be a little long but that is probably typical
