Vacation is good if you can use it when you want. Better be in the middle of the month though.

Cons

No room for growth, raises/bonuses are an insult unless you are somebody important.

I have been at BOKF more than 5 years and have had every opportunity to grow my career. This company cares about their employees and seeing them succeed professionally and personally. We are fortunate to have BOKF sit in Tulsa and provide career opportunities for so many. Thank you BOKF for all you do for the community and your employees!!
