the people before they quitted. the people before they quitted.

Cons

At the beginning everything was nice loved the people I worked with but after sometime things started to go down the hill. A lot of the good people left and the moral of the office went down. Management allowed certain people to do what they wanted even if that meant crossing lines with other people and screaming in the office

Good benefits and 401k plan. Typical banking hours 9am to 6pm. business casual dress code, but very laid back

Cons

Managers come and go constantly-no study manager for short time I worked there. Below average pay for comparable jobs. Sitting in chair for 8 to 10 hours everyday (no time for breaks) doing the same repetitive tasks over and over and over again. Company does not hire within.
