      Good place to work but beware….

      Pros

      A nice place to work with a honest, straightforward culture.

      Cons

      A bit of a boys club but leadership is blind to seeing how their hires and actions continually reinforce that culture. It would be funny were it not sad. Limited opportunities outside of Oklahoma. They say they want to grow but do not provide the resources to support new customers. Technology and tech implementations are a particular low point. Considerably under resourced so they constantly miss deadlines and critical milestones. Pay is generally on the low side.

      Stable company to work for

      Pros

      I’ve been with BOK Financial for 20+ years through various economic cycles and the leadership has helped us navigate the highs and lows fantastically. This is a stable company with a wonderful community of employees and leaders to help you feel like you truly belong on the team.

      Cons

      I can’t think of anything other than moving the headquarters out of the downtown area (I’m just not a fan of the parking/ walking downtown but that’s just me!)

      Join them and you won’t want to leave them

      Pros

      Treat people well, good benefits, ethical, good leaders, a great place for career.

      Cons

      The ‘con’ is because of the good… there is a low turnover of people so once you move up to mid-level, it’s hard to move up further because people just don’t leave that often because of it being a great organization.
