Amazing Internship!

Pros

The company's culture is amazing. There is much opportunity for growth in this company, but it remains a judgment-free environment, as everyone is on the same team and is here to help you. Being an intern, I had many questions- to which all got answered. HR was excellent in equipping and giving us the right resources to excel professionally. I learned so much in my department as well. I highly recommend pursuing a career here.

Cons

The only con would be incorporating more intern positions outside the Tulsa area, as BOKF starts to grow. This would maximize chances of bringing new hires in in other offices.

Pros

Lots of room to move up in the department if you are willing to put in the work. They love to hire within and promote up. My peers and mangers a couple years ago are now Directors and CCOs. Flexibility with WFH 2x a week. Great benefits, time off, work life balance and bonuses .

Cons

Corporate Gallups surveys, employee engagement, annual goals. If you aren’t into that kind of stuff it can be a real stressor. A little behind on the times when it comes to technology. Need more mentoring and training for some positions.
