Good place to work but beware….

A nice place to work with a honest, straightforward culture.

Cons

A bit of a boys club but leadership is blind to seeing how their hires and actions continually reinforce that culture. It would be funny were it not sad. Limited opportunities outside of Oklahoma. They say they want to grow but do not provide the resources to support new customers. Technology and tech implementations are a particular low point. Considerably under resourced so they constantly miss deadlines and critical milestones. Pay is generally on the low side.

Great benefits - slow to adapt

Pros

Excellent benefit package including a generous tiered 401(k) match based on your years of service - 3% - 12%. Sincerely encourages community involvement and service. Hybrid option available depending on the individual department policy. 11 bank holidays. Paid time off increases with service time and/or officer title. 10 weeks paid maternity leave.

Cons

Slow to adapt to change/technology. Slow to add to staff when a team is overworked and needs to be expanded. Traditional conservative company that moves at a slow pace. Paid time off cannot be accumulated or rolled over - use it or lose it policy. Internal mobility is limited depending on line of business. Pay is low when compared to similar roles at other institutions. Lots of unnecessary internal meetings.
