      BOKF is a very stable organization. They have made a conscious effort to continue to evolve and grow, while ensuring its customers and employees feel valued and supported. There has been a significant investment in employee development, internal mobility, diversity and inclusion.

      Old boys' club

      For the most part nice people. Good deal flow.

      Cons

      Culture was very old boys' club with some clear male chauvinism in local leadership. Health benefits stink. Very expensive with alot of out of pocket cost.
