      Not a bad place but did have some cons

      Pros

      Taught new hires well, incentives are not terrible.

      Cons

      Hard to move up, micromanaging, not flexible with time management, sometimes hard to use pto and vacation days.

      Solid company that struggles with mobility

      Pros

      Solidity in the market Financially sound (to my knowledge) Lots of departments, and seemingly lots of mobility.

      Cons

      Lack of access to that mobility in my experience. Middle management a bit of a mess in my department.

      Though a hybrid schedule is often an option, fully remote typically is not.
