At BOK Financial, we do what we can in order to help people maintain a work-life balance with an effort to help them accomplish their goals and meet multiple life demands. We recognize different jobs within the organization have different responsibilities and with that, we have a varying approach to work arrangements. While there is not a 100% work-from-home approach, there is a great number of employees within the organization with a hybrid work arrangement, based upon the roles.
