Pros

- Good benefits - Remote job - Decent pay

Cons

- Massive layoffs are regularly occurring, and there’s no way to predict who’s getting on the list - The company changes priorities and plans too often - Overestimation of AI - They will act normally around you while you’re working there but they throw you away harshly in the middle of a workday I don’t recommend working with this company

Pros

It's a miserable place to work.

Cons

Don't waste your time applying to any of Bold's jobs. What they do is criminal, and they treat their employees like dirt. They are not transparent, constantly change the rules so you don't get paid commissions, mess with timecards, which violates wage and hourly laws, and take away your PTO for not meeting their sales quotas. They don't care if you are dying of cancer and need chemo; if anything, they'll fire you if you get sick. Which goes against ADA laws. They discriminate and prevent you from sending contracts to help you meet retention and sales quotas. Managers also refuse to record 1:1 training sessions, impose excessive requirements, exploit you, make you work during the holidays, and so on. If you choose to work for this organziation keep records of everything so you can get PAID.

Pros

BOLD offers competitive salaries and a solid benefits package. However, the company lacks a clear and sustainable business strategy, which results in constantly shifting priorities and frequent reorganizations. Year after year, there is a high turnover rate at the managerial and executive leadership levels, creating instability and uncertainty across the organization. This lack of direction directly impacts employee engagement, leading to a negative work climate and high levels of demotivation.

Cons

While compensation is good, there is an ongoing sense of job insecurity due to recurring layoffs. Management often shows signs of burnout from dealing with continuous changes and pressure. Overall, it is a company with attractive pay and benefits but very little long-term planning, which significantly affects the employee experience.
