Pros
Pay is good. People are nice. Most are pretty dedicated and like it there. They are an umbrella company maknig resumes, cvs, and cover letters, they also own flexjobs.com. Most employees are remote. big presence in india and poland too.
Cons
It's Business to Consumer, creating resumes, cvs, and cover letters. They dont get much money from that. Sales have been in a slump, maybe because they were doing well post-pandemic. I think a lot of the people they sell to internationally speak with their money and are cancelling and using other companies and methods because of american politics.
