Good company with some bad leads

Pros

- Appraisal in 6 months - Free cab and snacks , quarter parties etc(before covid) - friendly environment - the company works as per US standards, hence great work-life balance - They even provided chairs and tables and a lot of useful stuff during covid WFH

Cons

- Micro management - The environment sometimes become way too friendly, people share your hiring feedback when you join which creates an early perception - Some leads are really biased. - HR does not play any role in improving any kind of situation.
