Pros

Drive and passion is clear to see among all who work at BOLD. Leadership involved at ground zero, and lots of new work being won all the time. Incredible growth and opportunities for development and progression.

Cons

SOPs, training and general admin framework is in development, but given the age of the company I think this is to be expected.
