Pros
Very professional and successful company. Management team that is very helpful and knowledgeable because they have all worked their way up from the bottom. Some of the most reliable, efficient, and simplistic equipment in the business. High rate of pay and great benefits. Company vehicle. One of the only companies during the oil & gas downturn that DID NOT directly cut pay, and tried to keep as many guys working as possible during that recession.
Cons
Away from home a lot. Advancement depends on the current state of the industry as it lives and dies with oil prices.
