Thank you for your comments. We like hearing from new employees, because we feel your perspective is so important to our future. I see that you have been here less than a year, so you will see more team building, fund raising and other activities in the coming months. We admit we are slower in the summer months when it comes to activities because we find that is when many take their vacations and we don't want them to miss out on things. But coming up in Q4 there are 5 events, and in Q1 we focus on fund raising events. So stay tuned.... you'll see things will be picking up. As for moving up in the company, we actually have had many employees move to new positions, or go up a level in their current position and we have added many positions over the last 2 years, which I believe you are probably one of those that filled a new position or back filled a position that was left open by someone that went to another position internally.. We always let the employees know when we have openings to give them a shot at it. And our headcount has gone up quite a lot in the last 2 years, so opportunities are there, just maybe not as often as larger companies.
