It is a good place to get a lot of good design experience. But an just an OK place if you looking for salary.

Good place to get lot of different experience. Good-solid product. Nice & clean work atmosphere.

Cons

Lot of feature creeps during design. Sometime have to work with little direction. Poor planning & marketing. Sub-standard salary & bonus.
