Pros

Flexible work schedule, decent pay, people are friendly.

Cons

Owner/CEO is a micro-manager that is directly involved with ALL day to day activities. Not acceptable to new ideas. Semi-working is good enough. Major bugs are acceptable. No testing. Afraid of new technology, so continues to use old technology (still using Lotus Notes for email). Everything has to be hid from the owner to get anything done.

Pros

You will get a lot of help within departments, especially device support department. Every senior is really helpful and always ready to help. There are also a lot of young engineer here too. The working environment is cozy and you will get a lot of challenging work order due to the nature of this position, but you will get help to develop. Managers is very friendly and listening.

Cons

Low salary is the only cons I can think of.

Pros

This place does have a pretty decent work atmosphere. The people are usually always willing to assist where ever they can.

Cons

This place is like a revolving door. Most do not stay here. It is also not easy to advance in the company. Essentially, BPM seems to be a place that people gain knowledge from and then move on.
