Salary + Commission is a six figure job You can choose to work remote or in office Flexible schedules Great leaders and co workers all work together well Benefits

Cons

Office life is not that same since Covid 19- most the staff works remote now, so it can get a little lonely at the office.

-Everyone is friendly and encouraging. -New management seems to be taking the company in a good direction -Perks and bonuses are great -Nice little treats every couple of months like gift cards -Choice of In-Office, Remote, or Hybrid work environment -Great work-life balance

Cons

None that I can think of; I've yet to complete my first year as of this review.
