- robots - smart, motivated people working on interesting technology - company is poised to be really successful - Management doesn't micromanage - Opportunities for career to grow as the company grows - No dead weight coming into work and doing nothing - Opportunity to work on many different interesting things vs getting pigeon holed on one specific area/project - One of the few well funded tech startups that's in San Diego - good pay and benefits (including free lunch and snacks) - Also robots
Cons
- Growing pains from rapid growth. Everything from lack of processes to crowded office space. The good news is many people are actively working on improving these issues. - Deadlines can be unrealistic
