Pros

Great facility, hybrid 3/5 in office model, free lunches, rec activities, and pretty reliable bonus and raise schedule. Nice people. Self sustaining finances.

Cons

IPO carrot dangled for years with no realization in sight. Management is very young and inexperienced, and senior/staff level titles are being handed out to people with little experience. This has caused havoc in planning and organization, causing even more people to leave. Brain doesn't hire fast enough and changes direction mid quarter frequently depending on the winds of potential sales. Planning is onerous and often wasteful and abandoned. Company doesn't stick to a plan as several projects spin down just as fast as they spin up. There's an air of urgency all the time. Stock options are a joke with 1 year cliff and 4 year vest and under a dollar value.
